Loic has more than 25 year experience in the submarine cable industry. He started his career in FCR (subsidiary of FT / Orange) as part of the submarine cable team. There, he participated to the negotiation and implementation of systems such as SMW3, Atlantis 2 or SAFE. In 1998, Loic joined Tyco (now SubCom) office in Paris as deputy director in charge of EMEA marketing and sales.

In 1999, Loïc becomes one of the five co-founder of Axiom. Within Axiom, Loïc has endorsed many tasks allowing to develop multiple skills, among which building up business plans, financial structuring and negotiation (especially through the EASSy/WIOCC set-up), but also supply contract negotiation, project management, marine expertise.

Loic holds a Master degree in engineering from Ecole Polytechnique and Sup Telecom Paris.
